자마이칸 루츠 레게의 살아있는 전설 Lee Perry, 그가 프로듀싱한 하우스 밴드 The Upsetters와 함께 발표했던 1970년대 후기작 합본반 Super Ape & The Return Of Super Ape [2CD]!!!
1976년 앨범 [Super Ape]와 1978년도 앨범 [The Return Of Super Ape]의 합본반으로 각각의 앨범에 보너스트랙을 추가했다. 그룹 The Upsetters는 1969년 부터 앨범을 발표했으며 1970년대 말까지 오피셜 앨범 총 19장까지 발표했으며 이번에 소개되는 앨범은 자마이카 킹스톤 Black Ark Studios 에러의 마지막 레코딩이다. Bob Marley & The Wailers와 녹음한 바 있는 기타리스트 Earl "Chinna" Smith, 베이시스트 Boris Gardiner, 키보디션 Keith Sterling. 레전드 Peter Tosh, Burning Spear 밴드에서 트럼펫을 맡았던 Bobby Ellis와 섹소포니스트 Richard Hall등이 참여했다.
